Should I be pulling the skin back the same at each diaper change or once a day or? I recommend you gently retract the foreskin at least daily. My 11 month old son was circumcised at 2 days old. I did the appropriate care post circumcision (Vaseline for 7 days) I was not told to retract the skin at all. I happen to read it in a book and then started to retract it at around 4 weeks old. I did not do this every day, but mostly after bath.
